Is it because of depression?
My sister Amber is 30. She was such a sex addict, she got pregnant at the age of 20. She gave birth to a girl called Sophie. She doesn't like Sophie so she left her at my house. I'm 16 next week. My brother Kyle and his wife Isabell made Sophie believe that she was their daughter. Last week, Sophie found out the truth. Now she isn't eating anything and her temperature's rising very often. She has headache and her teacher's say that she is not paying attention in class. Her friend Erin told me she was crying in the bathroom and sneaking into the school counselor's room. Is it because of depression?
She's extremely depressed. She probably feels awful that your sister pretty much abandoned her and she probably thinks it's all her fault and things of that nature. Just have someone talk to her, that's close to her and can keep her calm, and get them to let her know none of it's her fault and praise her bc I'm sure she's a great kid. Just keep an eye on her and if she needs to, take her to a therapist. Just talk to her and let her know that you're all there for her.
