What is in Longhorn Steakhouse's Key Lime Pie drink?
I had the Key Lime Pie drink (one of the Kenny Chesney drinks) with the graham cracker rim this past weekend and it was awesome, but I don't have a Longhorn Steakhouse nearby. Does anyone know what's in the cocktail?

How do you make a key lime pie martini?
I tried the recipe online with half and half, vanilla vodka, key lime juice, and shake it up, but it tastes nothing like key lime pie!! Help!!!
Here's a couple more variations you could try. Enjoy!
Key Lime Pie Martini
3 tablespoons liquor 43 vanilla liqueur
1 tablespoon lemon-flavored vodka
2 tablespoons key lime juice or fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Garnish
1 lime wedge
1/8 teaspoon finely crushed cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
Chill martini glass.
In a shaker filled with ice combine Liquor 43,vodka,key-lime juice& heavy cream.
Shake till shaker is icy cold to hold.
Rub rim of chilled glass with lime wedge then dip into graham and strain drink into martini glass.

Key Lime Martini
1 1/2 cups cracked ice or 6 ice cubes
3 ounces gin
2 ounces orange liqueur
3 ounces fresh key lime juice
1/4 cup superfine sugar
2 lime slices (to garnish)
Coat the rims of 2 chilled cocktail glasses with sugar. Chill until needed.
Fill a cocktail shaker witht he ice. Add the gin, orange liqueur, lime juice and sugar. Shake vigorously to blend, and chill.
Strain the mixutre into the prepared glasses, dividing it evenly. Decorate each rim with a lime wheel.
