My son is almost two weeks and ive been breastfeeding, My milk isnt white?
Its not clear, its just has a hint of white in it like watered down milk almost. Is this okay right now or will it change?
its normal, human milk is pretty weird looking, thin, pale, sometimes creamy, Heck i have expressed milk the looked blueish (normal) and once it looked green, (normal, i had eaten sushi the day before, it had nori seaweed on it and that coloured my milk a bit.)
as your milk may not be 100% "Mature" milk it may change a bit, (mature milk starts around 14 or so days after birth as the milk changes from coloustrum to mature milk)
the sample you looked at may have contained mostly "foremilk"which is watery,and thirst quenching, the "hindmilk" that comes a bit later in the feed is creamier, a bit thicker.
best thing to do, just keep feeding your son, aslong as he has lots of wet nappies a day, poops regularly (a breastfed baby can go 7-10 days between poops, but at 2 weeks he should still go pretty offten, if his poops have little "seed" looking things in he is getting enought milk, those seedy thingsareundigestedmilk proteins, it means he is getting more than he needs and pooping out what he doesnt need)
keep on feeding, you milk will be fine. as a little experiment you can do if you want, try to express off a as much as yu can, pump, hand include breast massage etc and once you have a couple of oz or as much as you can comfortible get, leave it in the fridge, after a couple of hours, look at it, you may see 2 or 3 layers where the milk has separeted, the creamy hindmilk floating on teh watery looking formilk an maybe another layer of inbetween milk.

Can I use Milk Chocolate or White Chocolate in Chocolate Souffles?
Dark Chocolate gives me migranes and i was wondering if you can use Milk Chocolate or White Chocolate, and if they still taste alright using white or milk chocolate?
I don't like dark chocolate either. I've tried to like it because it is suppose to be good for your heart, but I just don't enjoy the bitterness of it.
